Howard L. Skibinski, age 85, of Monroe, died on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. Howard was born on November 11, 1939 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the son of John Walter and LaVerne Irene (Carter) Skibinski. He graduated from South High School in Omaha, Nebraska in 1957. After moving to Monroe, Howard worked at Monroe Graphics for many years until retiring in 2017. He was an avid Wisconsin sports fan and enjoyed following the New York Yankees. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by the love of his life, Ginny Leuzinger and her family; step-children, Barbara (Stephan) Schultz, Larry (Anne) Lewis; his brother, John Howard (Brenda) Skibinski of Texas; his sister, Carol McGinnis of Nebraska; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Rita.
