● At 1:18 p.m., officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 2200 block of 4th Avenue West. The investigation led to the arrest of Kenneth L. Johnson, 61, of Monroe, on charges of battery, false imprisonment, intimidation of a victim and disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Johnson was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
