MONROE - There will be garbage and recycle collection in the city of Monroe until 11 a.m. Thursday. Residents must have their carts at the curb by 7 a.m.

There will not be garbage or recycle collection Friday due to the Christmas holiday. Garbage and recycle collection for Friday will be Monday, Dec. 28. Carts must be at the curb by 7 a.m. Monday.
