Monroe Police

MONROE - Steven J. Wild, 22, Monroe was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of 22nd Avenue due to a hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Shane T. Conkle, 21, Albany, was arrested around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Albany Police Department for theft. Conkle posted bond and was released.

• Jakob J. Groebner, 25, Monroe was arrested around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Green County Circuit Court for issuance of worthless checks. Groebner was incarcerated in the Green County Jail, where he posted bond and was released.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Kyle E. Doll, 26, Irvine, Calif., was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign following a traffic stop around 3 p.m. Wednesday on County W in White Oaks Springs township.

• Deputies responded to a civil dispute around midnight Wednesday on County D in Wayne township.

• Deputies investigated an animal neglect complaint around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday on Silver Spring Road in Wiota township.

• A deputy reported an animal violation around 3 p.m. Wednesday on Alma Street in Benton.

• A deputy responded to a residence around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday on Alma Street in Benton for a dog running at large.

• A deputy responded to a check welfare around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday at a residence on County J in Benton.
