• Justin M. Newcomb, 19, Footville, was cited for driving without carrying a license, failure to fasten his seatbelt and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, in the 600 block of 1st Street.
• Higinio Aguilar, 20, Freeport, was cited for driving without a valid license at 9:19 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at an unspecified location.
