Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Jonathan P. Saxer, 28, South Wayne, was arrested on a charge of domestic-related disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a 911 hang-up call from a residence on South Varnum in South Wayne at 3:11 a.m. Saturday, June 8. Saxer later posted the required bond and was released.

• Kevin E. Liddicoat, 30, Mineral Point, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on County O in Seymour Township at 10:26 p.m. Saturday, June 8. Liddicoat was northbound when his 2002 Ford Focus went onto the right shoulder and hit a bridge abutment, then left the road and came to rest in a ditch. Liddicoat sustained minor injuries but declined medical treatment. The vehicle sustained extensive damage to the passenger side and was towed. The Shullsburg Fire Department and Shullsburg EMS assisted at the scene. Liddicoat was later released to a responsible person.

• Daniel C. Frank, 24, Hazel Green, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a complaint of a civil dispute on South Mound Avenue in Belmont at 5:34 p.m. Sunday, June 9.

• Kane A. Raisbeck, 19, Shullsburg, was cited for an ATV violation on the Pecatonica State Trail in Kendall Township at 11:56 a.m. Friday, June 7.

• Corey L. Seffrood, 32, South Wayne, was cited for having open intoxicants outdoors on West Center Street in South Wayne at 10:07 p.m. Friday, June 7.

• Amber R. Koenig, 33, Burlington, was cited for speeding an ATV in excess of posted limits on the Cheese Country Trail in Darlington at 7:07 p.m. Saturday, June 8.

• Alexandra A. Orellana, 18, South Wayne, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township at 7:25 p.m. Saturday, June 8.

• Charles R. Leute, 28, Mineral Point, was cited for speeding on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township at 10:05 a.m. Sunday, June 9.

• Mark Denkert, 20, Ripon, was cited for speeding on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township at 11 a.m. Sunday, June 9.

• A deputy responded to a child custody dispute at a residence on State Street in Argyle Township at 7:50 p.m. Saturday, June 8.

• A deputy took a report of a person making threats to injure another on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township at 11:04 a.m. Friday, June 7.

• At 11:54 a.m. Friday, June 7, a deputy investigated a report of disorderly conduct that occurred on South Galena Street in South Wayne.

• Telephone harassment was reported at a residence on North Broad Street in Argyle at 11:55 a.m. Friday, June 7.

• A deputy checked the welfare of two intoxicated people on Varnum Street in South Wayne at 12:44 a.m. Saturday, June 8.

• Criminal damage to a yard in Monticello Township was reported at 8:01 a.m. Saturday, June 8. An unknown vehicle had been through the yard on Cub Hollow Road, causing damage. The incident remains under investigation.

• The theft of prescription medication from a residence on 2nd Street in Benton was reported at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, June 8.

• A deputy spoke with people involved in a child custody dispute on West Main Street in Benton at 3:20 p.m. Saturday, June 8.

• Matthew D. Martin, 31, Argyle, was arrested on a charge of possessing THC (marijuana) at 4:48 p.m. Monday, June 10, following a traffic stop on Wis. 11 in South Wayne. He was booked and released from jail, pending court.

• Mark W. Scott, 55, Argyle, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to Mills Street in Argyle at 5:10 p.m. Monday, June 10, for a report of an unwanted male at a residence.

• Janet A. Hentrich, 49, Belmont, was cited for failure to fasten her seatbelt at 1:28 p.m. Monday, June 10, on County XX in Belmont Township.

• Dexter A. Ray, 18, Darlington, was cited for careless operation of an ATV and his passenger Bree K. Harker, 17, Gratiot, was cited for not wearing a helmet, following a traffic stop on Dublin Road in Darlington Township at 5:19 p.m. Monday, June 10.

• A dog running at large was reported on West Grove Street in South Wayne at 4:24 p.m. Monday, June 10.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Kyle Lee Ralston, 19, Lost Nation, Iowa, was cited for removal of property and shoplifting at about 5:35 p.m. Friday, May 31, following an investigation at an apartment on Main Street. An officer was at the residence investigating a disturbance when a number of items were found, including jewelry and a wallet. The items had been stolen from at least two different businesses, and the case remains under investigation.

• Kathy A. Colin, 38, Monroe, was arrested at a residence on Washington Street Wednesday, June 5, on arrest warrants issued by Lafayette County and Grant County. She was jailed pending court.

• Tara K. Kleinhans, 43, Monroe, was cited for illegal passing at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, as a result of an investigation of a traffic complaint that occurred about an hour and a half earlier on Louisa Street.

• Meghan A. Hammernik, 20, Franklin, was cited for underage drinking and for being an underage person in a tavern at about 12:35 a.m. Sunday, June 9. Police found her in Legends Sports Pub & Grill, 347 Main St. The bar was not cited.

• Derek J. Kurth, 30, Darlington, was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, June 9, following an incident on Louisa Street.



Monroe Police

MONROE - On Monday, June 10:

• Kayla D. Graff, 22, Belleville, was arrested at 6:08 a.m. in the 800 block of 6th Street on an outstanding warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department. She was jailed.

• Forrest C. Klug-Hanson, 16, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after police responded at 2:47 p.m. to a two-vehicle accident in the 1000 block of 1st Avenue. Klug-Hanson collided with a vehicle driven by Roger W. Kubly, 68, Monroe. Klug-Hanson declined medical treatment on scene for his minor injuries and was later taken to a hospital by private vehicle.

• An officer was flagged down at 12:06 a.m. in the 500 block of West 21st Street and told there were two people yelling at each other in a nearby trailer park. The altercation was verbal. No one was cited or arrested.

• A cement deer lawn ornament was reported stolen at 10:08 a.m. from a yard in the 200 block of 27th Avenue. The theft had occurred on a recent night, the resident told police.

• Two stray cats were reported found at 12:50 p.m. in the 1000 block of 19th Avenue. The people who found the cats took them to a farm.

• A duck with a dart in its neck was reported at 4:35 p.m. in the 1100 block of 12th Street. An officer tried to catch the bird with a net but it flew away.

• Two people who share custody of children showed up at the police station at 4:54 p.m. for a dispute they were having over child visitation. The mother alleged the father didn't have enough food at his house for the children. The situation was resolved when she went to his house and saw he had food.

• The possible theft of a computer was reported at 5:05 p.m. in the 700 block of 20th Avenue. The female complainant came to the police station and said her sister took their brother's computer. Police checked into it and determined the computer was likely borrowed, but left the case open pending further information.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - George D. Mosley, 26, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license after a deputy stopped a vehicle for traffic infractions in the N3300 block of Wisconsin 59 in Sylvester Township at 11:18 p.m. Monday, June 10.
