MONROE - Charles F. Watts, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday on a Rock County warrant in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue. Watts was jailed.

• An injured animal in the roadway was reported at 7:35 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne.
• Alexxis M. Wilson, 22, Platteville, was cited at 7:59 a.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on South Galena Road, Town of Elk Grove.
• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police at 1:35 p.m. on Hillside Lane in Darlington.
• Tina Y. Dammen, 25, Argyle, was cited at 4:17 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour.
