Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Craig O. Albright, 37, Brodhead, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and speeding following a traffic stop around 4 a.m. April 6 in the 600 block of First Street. He was released pending court.

• Robert J. Vogel, 38, Brodhead, was arrested for driving after suspension following a traffic stop around 3:45 p.m. Friday in the 1200 block of East Ninth Avenue. He was released pending court.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Olivia L. Halvorson, 20, Browntown, was arrested for drunken driving, driving after suspension and obstructing an officer following a traffic stop around 10:15 p.m. Friday at 13th Street and 16th Avenue. She was released pending court. A passenger in the vehicle, Jeremy L. Hartwig, 20, Monroe, was arrested for resisting an officer, obstructing an officer and underage drinking. He was jailed. A third person in the vehicle, Kayla D. Graff, 17, Argyle, was cited for underage drinking. She was released pending court.

• Kevin W. Haffele, 19, Monroe, was arrested for underage drinking and possession of drug paraphernalia around 12:45 a.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of 17th Street. He was released pending court.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Lori A. Koss, 50, Monticello, was cited for disorderly conduct and destruction of property around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of First Street. Police report she took flowers from a planter and threw them onto the sidewalk and also pulled a flag pole out of its holder.

• Troy A. Williamson, 29, Albany, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop around 7 p.m. Friday on Wisconsin 69 near 11th Avenue.

• Almana Raul Rodriguez, 17, Monticello, was cited for driving without a valid license and driving after suspension following a traffic stop around 6:15 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 69 near 14th Avenue.

• Craig T. Long and Elliot P. Faber, both 20 and both from New Glarus, Shaun P. Severson, 17, Argyle, and Kathryn A. Ace, 20, Belleville, were cited for underage drinking around 10:15 p.m. Saturday at a Sixth Avenue residence.

• Jacob H. Blumer, 20, Fitchburg, was cited for underage drinking around 12:30 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue.

• Arick C. Abraham, 17, Dakota, Ill., and Andrew S. Tyrrell, 19, Winslow, Ill., were cited for underage drinking around 2:30 a.m. Sunday at the Alpine Laundry building on 14th Avenue.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Robert L. Short, 27, Baileyville, Ill., was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine around 2:15 a.m. Sunday in the N5200 block of County KK. He was jailed.

• Cody J. Vavra, 17, Monroe, was arrested for possession of marijuana around 10 p.m. Friday following a report a vehicle parked on Samson Road near Five Corner Road in Jefferson township. Robert L. Schrank, 17, Monroe, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A 16-year-old Monroe male was cited for possession of marijuana, possession and violation of the graduated driver's license restriction. All were released pending court.

• Cecilio Rubio, 24, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance around 2 a.m. Saturday in the W5200 block of County KK. He was jailed.

• Lori E. Wineski, 45, Evansville, was arrested on a Green County warrant for issuing worthless checks and an Evansville warrant for theft around 8 a.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of Sixth Street in Monroe. She was jailed.

• Timothy W. Samelstad, 28, Brodhead, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department around 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the N4000 block of Ace Court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Joseph M. Brown, 22, Janesville, was arrested for drunken driving and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop around 7:45 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 81 in Darlington township. He was jailed.

• Michael A. Hill, 36, Cuba City, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in Cuba City. He was released pending court.

• David A. Miller, 44, Cobb, was cited for open intoxicants and failure to obey a sign following a traffic stop around 3:45 a.m. Saturday on County B in Belmont township.
