Monroe Police 

MONROE — No injuries were reported form a two-vehicle crash at 3:05 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 2200 block of 4th Avenue West. Ryan N. Klassy, 41, Monroe, was backing and hit a vehicle operated by a 43-year-old Monroe woman. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Klassy was cited for unsafe backing. 

Green County Sheriff 

MONROE — No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle accident at 2:53 p.m. Feb. 17 in the N5500 block of Buckskin Road, Town of Washington. Katelyn M. Isley, 17, Monroe, was westbound when she took action to avoid a deer on the roadway and entered the south ditch and hit a tree. Her vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. It was towed. 

Lafayette County Sheriff 

DARLINGTON — Karen S. Heller, 54, Warren, was Med flighted for evaluation of injuries from a one-vehicle accident at 11:52 a.m. Feb. 17 on County DD, Town of Wayne. She was eastbound when she lost control and entered the north embankment. Her vehicle overturned and she was ejected. Her vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. South Wayne Fire and South Wayne First, Green County EMS, Browntown Fire and deputies assisted.
