On July 11:
● At 3:14 a.m., Alixandra M. Fish, 26, of Blanchardville, was arrested on charges of Obstruction/Resisting an Officer, Disorderly Conduct and a Probation Hold issued by Wisconsin’s Department of Corrections - Probation and Parole. Fish was additionally charged for Felony Disorderly Conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Abuse Laws. Fish was confined at the Green County Jail, pending a court appearance.
● At 6:14 a.m., officers responded to the 500 block of 10th Street for a theft complaint. Investigation resulted in Paul M. Leck, 17, Monroe, being placed under arrest in the 1000 block of 2nd Street N. Leck was released, pending a court appearance.
On July 14:
● At 9:02 a.m., Officers arrested Jeremy L. Obert, 46, of Brodhead, in the 2600 block of 8th Avenue, on a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department for Failure to Appear regarding a prior case. Obert was confined at the Green County Jail and was later released, pending a court appearance.
● At 10:00 a.m., officers arrested Miranda S. Pollansky, 31, of Brodhead, in the 1000 block of 6th Avenue West. Pollansky was charged with Forgery, Unauthorized Use of an Individual’s Identifying Information, and Money Laundering. Pollansky was confined in the Green County Jail, pending a court appearance.
● At 3:38 p.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of 11th Street for a two-vehicle accident. Investigation indicated that a vehicle, operated by Rhonda L. Roenneburg, 76, of Albany, was entering the eastbound lane from a parking stall and struck another eastbound vehicle, operated by a Monroe, WI, woman. Both vehicles sustained moderate damages. Roenneburg was cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way from a Parked Position and released.
On July 20:
● At 1:57 p.m., Jorge L. Castellon Miranda was placed under arrest following a traffic offense stop in the 700 block of 8th St. Castellon Miranda was charged with two counts of Bail Jumping, due to violations of court order bail conditions from a prior case. Castellon Miranda was additionally cited for Operating w/o a Valid License (3rd w/in 3 yrs). Castellon Miranda was confined in the Green County Jail and later released, pending a court appearance.
On July 23:
At 7:57 a.m., Officers responded to the 300 block of W 17th St for a report of harassment. Investigation resulted in Lynn M. Tracy Jr., 47, of Beloit, being placed under arrest by the Beloit Police Department on charges of Sex Extortion and Disorderly Conduct. Tracy was additionally cited for Harassment and Distributing Obscene Material. Tracy was transported and confined in the Green County Jail, pending a court appearance.
On July 24:
● At 11:31 a.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 200 block of 14th Ave. Investigation resulted in Troy C. Alexander, 56, of Beloit, being placed under arrest for a Warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office. Alexander was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
On July 26:
● At 1:40 a.m., Officers were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 2000 block of 11th Street. An investigation led to the arrest of Osmar Rojas, 20, of Monroe, on a charge of resisting and obstructing officers. Rojas was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
● At 12:05 p.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle accident, with no reported injuries, at 8th Street and 5th Avenue. An investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Dennis L. Winters, 58, of Darlington, was northbound on 5th Avenue, stopped at the stop sign at 8th Street, entered the intersection and collided with an eastbound vehicle on 8th Street operated by Samanta L. Vera, 18, of Monroe. Both vehicles sustained functional damages. Winters was cited for making an improper right turn and was released pending a court appearance. Vera was cited for operating without a valid driver’s license and was released pending a court appearance.
