On September 19:

● At 1:40 p.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of W. Coates Ave. & Washington St., in the Village of Monticello, for a two-vehicle crash with no injuries. The investigation found that a vehicle operated by, Rebecca S. Tures, 49, of Wilmette IL, was stopped on Washington Street at the intersection, and about to turn right, when a vehicle operated by, Barbara A. Brunner, 82, of Monroe, was making a left turn from W. Coates Avenue on to Washington Street, and collided with the front of her vehicle. Tures and Brunner advised they were both wearing their seatbelts and were uninjured. There was no airbag deployment in either vehicle. Both vehicles sustained functional damage and were driven from the scene. Brunner was cited for an Improper Left Turn and was released pending court.

● At 5:40 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N5200 block of STH 69, in the Town of Washington. The investigation resulted in the driver, Chad A. Rucinski, 46, of Monroe, being cited for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and warned for speeding.  Rucinski was released pending court.
