NEW GLARUS — Russell Davis was voted onto a board seat for both The Bank of New Glarus and Sugar River Bank Branches and Bancorp of New Glarus, Inc., at the Dec. 2020 board meeting. Russell Davis is replacing Steven Schneider as Director.

Russ Davis is the Chief Marketing Officer for Colony Brands in Monroe. He has been with the company for 26 years. He grew up in Juda and graduated from Juda High School. He continued his education at the UW-Platteville and received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Shortly after joining Colony Brands, he earned his Master of Business Administration degree at UW-Madison. Russ and his wife Susie live in Monticello and have two daughters.

Russ brings a strong “Community Bank” commitment. This commitment comes naturally as it was the same commitment his father, Dennis (Doc) Davis brought to The Bank of Juda during his 24 years serving on the Board of Directors. During that time, 15 years he was Chairman of the Board.
