MONROE — While the traditional overnight 4-H camps at Upham Woods in Wisconsin Dells will have to wait until next year, Green County 4-H is excited to provide a fun alternative in our 4-H Summer Day Camps this year, both held in Green County.
Belleville 4-H Summer Day Camp will be held on Sunday, August 1 from 11:00am — 4:00pm at the Belleville Community Park. Tentative activity options include kayaking, nature hike, fishing and fun camp games and activities. Cost is $10 per participant which includes a t-shirt and snack. Participants will need to bring their own sack lunch.
Monticello 4-H Summer Day Camp will be held on Saturday, August 7 from 9:00am — 7:30pm at the Monticello Community Park. Tentative activity options include swimming, fishing, archery, bike ride, campfire and other fun camp games and activities. Cost is $20 per participant which includes a t-shirt, pizza dinner and snacks. Participants will need to bring their own sack lunch.
4-H youth and non-4-H youth who just completed 3rd-7th grade are invited to register for one or both 4-H Summer Day Camp options. Financial assistance is available upon request. Register by July 15 at: https://v2.4honline.com/
