Telephone Trivia,

There was a time when you called someone, and you were put on hold. You waited and waited. Then they decided to give you soft music while you waited and waited. After that you heard all the firms outstanding products and service while you waited and waited.

Now with smart phones etc, when you get put on hold, they tell you about all the job opportunities they have. And then you wait!
