UW-Platteville, YMCA will host free clinic on Nov. 3

MONROE - The 17th ranked UW-Platteville Men's Basketball team, in cooperation with the Green County Family YMCA, is offering a basketball clinic for all area boys and girls grades three to 12, Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Monroe High School. The event is from 6 to 7:15 p.m.

The UWP team features three former Cheesemakers - standouts Mitch Tordoff, Brett Stangel and assistant coach Brad Stangel. All three gyms at the high school will be used for the instructional clinic and age levels will be divided into appropriate groups.

The clinic is free of charge and will include some door prize drawings. Players should come ready to participate.

Parents and coaches are welcome to observe the event. Players, coaches and parents should enter the Monroe High School through the M-Room.
