Pec-Argyle takes one on the chin

PLATTEVILLE - The Pecatonica-Argyle football team got off on the wrong path to start the 2009 season. The Vikings were smashed by Kenosha St. Joseph, 34-7, Saturday.Kenosha scored twice in the first quarter on runs of 2 yards and 69 yards. Pecatonica-Argyle found itself trailing 27-0 late in the second quarter, but scored on a 1-yard run by Jeremy Meudt. Chris Hendrickson's extra point capped the Vikings scoring.
