POYNETTE 66, BRODHEAD 46

BRODHEAD — Despite a strong defensive second half, the Cardinals fell to the Poynette Pumas 66-46 in a nonconference game on Wednesday, Dec. 21.

After the Pumas scored 43 points in the first half, the Cardinals limited them to 23 in the second half. Brodhead’s offense couldn’t keep up, though, as it scored 26 and 20 points in the first and second halves, respectively.
