BLANCHARDVILLE - The Pecatonica-Argyle wrestling team lost a non-conference dual meet to Dodgeville 51-3 Thursday, Dec. 12.
The Dodgers won every match except one. Pecatonica-Argyle's Travis Gilson at 160 pounds defeated Dodgeville's Henry Schickel 10-4.
In one of the closest matches of the meet, Pecatonica-Argyle's Zach White (170) lost to Dodgeville's Jack Schickel 9-6.
Evansville-Albany 60, Jefferson 15
EVANSVILLE - The Blue Devils dominated the upper weight classes to roll to the win.
Evansville-Albany's Lincoln Rosonke (182), Lucius Rinehart (195), Dustin Bjugstad (220) and Ryan Meehan (heavyweight) all won by pins. Evansville-Albany's Jordan Meyer (132) also won by pin. With the win, Evansville-Albany improves to 5-2, 2-0 Rock Valley North.
Evansville-Albany's Tyler Grant (170) defeated Jefferson's Jarad Bartelt 9-3. Teammate Hayden Milz (145) defeated Jefferson's Ben Dillavou 11-6. Jefferson also forfeited four weight classes including 106, 120, 126 and 152.

BELLEVILLE - The Blue Jays edged the Raiders 40-36 in a nail-biting Capitol South Conference match Tuesday.
Sugar River's Kody Popenfus (132) defeated Cambridge's Ben Anderson in a technical fall in six minutes. Sugar River's Anthony Chiarello (145) pinned Cambridge's Jeremiah Smith in 1:39.
Sugar River's Young-Chul Vetterli (160) edged Cambridge's Jared Kenseth 5-4. Teammate Jacob Larson (182) pinned Walter Kazmer in 32 seconds. Sugar River's John Chenoweth (113) defeated Cambridge's Ben Gobel 14-3.
