Monroe
- Kevin Klopfenstein, Wrestling: Was named Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Monroe Wrestling Invite on Jan. 22. Klopfenstein went 3-0 on the day and beat Cuba City-Southwestern's Bob Donar, the top-ranked wrestler in the state at 125 pounds.
- Kylee Ritschard, Girls Basketball: Scored 20 points in a loss to Monona Grove and added seven more in a win over Fort Atkinson on Jan. 21.
- Trevor Gorr, Wrestling: Went undefeated at 3-0 and won the 215-pound bracket at the Monroe Invitational on Jan. 22.
Area Boys
- Tyler Ritschard, Monticello Basketball: Scored 22 points in a win over Highland and added 28 points in a loss to ninth-ranked Barneveld.
- Colton Hackett, Darlington Wrestling: Took second place in the 189-pound division of the Monroe Invitational Jan. 22.
- Wyatt Massey, Pecatonica Basketball: Scored a game-high 17 points in a win over rival Argyle on Jan. 20.
Area Girls
- Amy Jorgenson, Darlington Basketball: Scored 18 points as the Redbirds picked up a rare win over Cuba City on Jan. 20. It was also Jorgenson's birthday.
- Alexis Hanson, New Glarus Basketball: The sophomore poured in 22 points in a 65-54 win over Poynette on Jan. 18.
- Mariah Mohns, Brodhead Basketball: The senior scored 17 points in a 62-58 loss to East Troy on Jan. 18 and added 17 more in a 49-43 win over Whitewater Jan. 21.
