Joy Lynn Gallagher, age 54, of Monroe passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025.  She was born the daughter of Melvin and Loretta (Kruse) Pfile on February 14, 1971. Joy was united in marriage to Ronald Gallagher on December 5, 1997.  She loved to crochet, caring for others, and planting in her flower beds.  Joy will be remembered as a loving wife, a mom, a sister, an aunt, a grandma, and a friend. 

Joy is survived by her husband, Ronald Gallagher, children, Bridgett (Preston) Straight, Trevor Frie, Rachel (Scot) Gallagher, and Alan Gallagher; grandchildren, Kaylynn, Rosalie, Jason, Cashton, Ariana, and Braelynn; siblings, Randy, Diane, and Danny; and dearest friend, Peggy Raab. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; mother-in-law; and many uncles.
