New Glarus man charged with selling drugs

MONROE - A New Glarus man was charged last week with selling narcotics and marijuana to undercover police officers throughout 2015. Leroy A. Parmer, 39, was charged with a Class E felony count of delivering a Schedule II narcotic and two Class I felony charges of delivering THC. The first THC charge arose after Parmer sold 7.2 grams of marijuana to an undercover agent May 13, 2015 in the 300 block of Elmer Road in New Glarus.
