MONROE - An Argyle man with three convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again on the same charge early Friday, Aug. 10.
Adam J. Johnsen, 33, was jailed on his fourth DWI after officers arrested him in the 1000 block of 9th Street at 1:58 a.m., according to the Monroe Police Department.
A not-guilty plea was entered in the case later Friday in Green County Circuit Court. Johnsen's signature bond was set at $1,000. He has a pre-trial conference scheduled for Sept. 4.
State court records indicate Johnsen was convicted of committing his second DWI in May 2002 and his third in June 2002.
