MONROE - Joel Hedeman of Hedeman Real Estate, Monroe, was selected for the "30 Under 30" by Realtor Magazine, which recognizes 30 agents under the age of 30 through the country.
Hedeman, 29, was the only real estate agent from Wisconsin to be featured in 2012 and the first agent selected from Green County. He is featured in the May/June 2012 issue of Realtor Magazine.
According to the magazine, Hedeman joined his father's business after college. He handles almost 100 residential and 10 to 15 commercial appraisals each year.
