MONROE - A driver safety refresher course will be available for free to veterans, spouses and children throughout the month of November.
Refresher course days are:
• 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1 at the Orfordville American Legion, 3913 S. Wisconsin 213, Orfordville. For more information, contact Dave Abraham at (608) 879-9982.
• 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3 at Bank of Brodhead, 806 East Exchange St., Brodhead. For more information, contact Bruce Sutherland at (608) 897-4507.
• 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5 at Monroe American Legion, 1627 12th Ave., Monroe. For more information, contact Carol Clerk (608) 325-5906.
Anyone who is interested in updating their information and driving skills is encouraged to attend. For those who are not a veteran and want to attend, the cost is $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members.
