Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Jonathan D. File, 30, Davenport, Iowa, reported no injuries and moderate vehicle damage at 4:43 p.m. Monday, July 2, after he hit a deer on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

- David C. Thorson, 52, Argyle, reported no injuries and moderate vehicle damage at 10:25 p.m. Monday, July 2, after he hit a deer on County M in the Town of Wiota.

- Robert L. Woodworth, 66, Shullsburg, reported at 10:04 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, that he hit a deer on County A in the Town of Shullsburg.

- A deputy responded at 7:24 p.m. Monday, July 2, to a report of a Harley Davidson motorcycle found in a ditch on Berry Road in the Town of Darlington. The vehicle had received minor damage and was towed. A driver was not located. The case remains under investigation.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident on Wisconsin 59 at County F in the Town of Albany at 3:02 p.m. Monday, July 2. Joseph T. Blumer, Albany, 18, approached the intersection too quickly to negotiate a curve. The car went into the south ditch and collided with a tree and fence before coming to a rest. The car was severely damaged and towed.

- Maya R. Hoefle, 12, Loveland, Colo., was transported with injuries by Monroe EMS to the Monroe Clinic ER after deputies responded to an ATV accident on the Tri-County ATV trail just west of Patterson Road in the Town of Monroe at 5:39 p.m. Monday, July 2. She lost control of the ATV, accelerated and went down an embankment, striking several trees before being ejected. There was no damage to the ATV.
