Monroe Police MONROE - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 12:45 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 13th Avenue and 20th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Heather K. Herman, 33, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Brooke A. McBain, 17, Monroe. Christine J. Lawrence, 36, Monroe, a passenger in the Herman vehicle, was transported by Green County EMS to the hospital for minor injuries sustained in the accident.
