MONROE - On Friday, Aug. 21:
Jennifer L. Smith, 57, Brodhead, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 2:38 a.m. on Decatur-Albany Road at County F, Town of Albany. She was westbound when she went straight through a yield sign at the T-intersection and hit the ditch. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.
Kimberly A. Marti, 30, Monticello, was uninjured in a car vs. deer crash reported at 5:48 am. in the N3800 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe. The vehicle was severely damaged and driven from the scene.
Reese R. Guillory, 25, Gratiot, was uninjured in a car vs. deer crash reported at 7:57 a.m. in the W9100 block of County B, Town of Cadiz. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.
On Saturday, Aug. 22:
Jacqueline D. Fero, 51, Whitewater, was injured by airbag deployment but declined medical attention after deputies responded at 10:42 a.m. to a two-vehicle crash in the W1000 block of Wis. 11/81, Town of Spring Grove. Fero rear-ended a vehicle driven by Danny R. Flannery, 47, Brodhead, after Flannery stopped quickly for a vehicle ahead of him that was turning left into a private driveway. Flannery reported no injuries. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. Fero's vehicle sustained severe front-end damage and it was towed away by a private party.
Bryce Allen Swaisgood, 17, Monroe, and his passenger reported no injuries at 3 p.m. from a one-vehicle accident at Aebly Road and Benkert Road, Town of Monroe. Swaisgood lost control as he was turning right. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.
Janet L. Franks, 75, Brodhead, reported no injuries at 7:31 p.m. from a vehicle vs. deer crash in the southbound lane of Wis. 104 at Borchardt Road, Town of Decatur. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.
On Sunday, Aug. 23:
Deborah S. Haglund, 54, Mount Horeb, and her passenger were uninjured in a car vs. deer crash reported at 8:31 p.m. in the N7600 block of Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus. The vehicle sustained very minor damage and was driven from the scene.
