BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - No injuries were reported at 1:37 p.m. Thursday after an accident was reported in the 1000 block of West 2nd Avenue.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - A 4-year-old boy sustained minor injuries at 1:23 p.m. Saturday after he ran in the roadway in the 300 block of 14th Avenue and was struck by a passing vehicle. The boy was transported to Monroe Clinic.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - A vehicle was reported in a ditch at 8:48 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Wis. 69. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Saturday, no injuries were reported at 8:01 a.m. after Ethan T. Voights, 22, Brodhead, struck a stop sign at the intersection of Greenbush Road and Wisconsin 59, Town of Monroe. Voights was cited for failing to report a crash, committing a hit-and-run and driving too fast for conditions.

On Sunday:

• No injuries were reported at 2:41 p.m. after a truck driven by Jesse J. Hoffmann, 34, Barron, overturned at the intersection of County M and Schlappi Road, Town of Cadiz. The overturned unit restricted County M to one lane of traffic for approximately five hours while crews recovered the truck. Hoffman was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle. The truck sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 3:57 p.m. after Marvin P. Anderson, 87, Gratiot, was sideswiped on Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 7:02 p.m. after Brandon D. Broshaus, 24, Juda, lost control of his vehicle and entered a ditch in the W2800 block of Mohns Road, Town of Sylvester. Broshaus was cited for failing to notify police of a crash, driving with a suspended license and without vehicle insurance and non-registration of a vehicle. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Saturday, a driver sustained minor injuries at 4:48 p.m. after Marcos Ahuelican-Laureano, 24, Shullsburg, lost control of his vehicle and struck an embankment on County K, Town of Darlington. Ahuelican-Laureano was injured and was arrested for driving while intoxicated (second offense) and driving without a valid license. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

On Sunday, a hit-and-run collision with a mailbox was reported at 8:52 a.m. on Carr Factory Road, Town of Benton.
