Rachel E. Miller, 96 of Monroe, formerly of Browntown, died Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Community Living Home Options, Monroe. She was born May 9, 1915 in Jefferson Township, the daughter of Richard A. and Mabel E. (Call) Ellis. She graduated from Monroe High School in 1933 and married Clarence S. Miller on November 30, 1933.
