BRODHEAD - Alexander C. Webb, 24, Brodhead, was arrested for substantial battery at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of East 3rd Avenue. He was jailed.
• Robert J. Heins Jr., 39, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct with a vehicle at about 1:45 a.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Daniel B. Wahl, 31, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration at about 1 a.m. Sept. 27 in the 900 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Edmund L. Fitters, 45, Brodhead, was cited for failure to stop for a school bus at about 7:30 a.m. Sept. 28 in the 600 block of East 5th Avenue. He was released pending court.

• Luis Miguel Mendez Hernandez, 25, South Wayne, was cited for driving without a license following a traffic stop at about 9 p.m. Friday on County M in Wiota township.
• Francisco T. Alonso Ortiz, 19, was cited for violating the absolute sobriety law following a traffic stop at about midnight Friday on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs township. He was released pending court.
