DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• A deputy responded at 3:18 a.m. to Back Road, Elk Grove Township, for a complaint of a restraining order violation.
• A deputy responded at 4:08 a.m. to Silverthorn Road, Shullsburg Township, for a civil dispute complaint.
• A 911 hang-up was reported at 10:15 a.m. on School Street in Gratiot.
• A deputy responded at 12:19 p.m. to County G in Willow Springs Township for a report of civil dispute.
• Disorderly conduct was reported on Ervin Drive in Darlington at 3 p.m. A deputy responded to assist the Darlington Police Department.
• Theft was reported at 5 p.m. on North Warren Street in South Wayne.
• A deputy responded at 5:48 p.m. to County G, Kendall Township, for a complaint of theft.
• Kyle P. Dagens, 23, Burlington, was cited for speeding and having no proof of insurance on County XX, Belmont Township, at 5:54 p.m.
• At 7:01 p.m., Heather J. Jorenby, 29, Blanchardville, reported striking a deer on Wisconsin 78, Argyle Township. Jorenby's 2016 GMC received moderate damage and no injuries were reported.
• Charles L. Silbaugh, 45, Jefferson, Iowa, reported striking a deer on U.S. 151, Township of Belmont, at 7:48 p.m. Silbaugh's 2014 semi, owned by Autumn Transports, received moderate damage. No injuries were reported. Belmont Police Department assisted on scene.
• Emily J. Markin, 20, Manchester, Iowa, reported striking a deer 7:51 p.m. on Wisconsin 11, South Wayne. Markin's 2014 Chevrolet received moderate damage and no injuries were reported.
• At 8:38 p.m., Jeffrey M. Schultz, 50, South Wayne, reported striking a deer on Walnut Road, Wiota Township. Schultz's 2007 Jeep received moderate damage and no injuries were reported.
• A deputy responded at 9:45 p.m. to Hill Street, New Diggings, for a complaint of theft.

MONROE - On Thursday:
• Police arrested Dakota Christopher J. Lorenz, 23, of Monroe at 1:55 a.m. in the 1000 block of 9th Street for retail theft, bail jumping and disorderly conduct. Lorenz was jailed pending a court appearance.
• Police arrested Adam D. Bliss, 34, of South Wayne in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue at 4:52 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle after revocation and bail jumping. Bliss was jailed pending a court appearance.

MONROE - On Thursday:
• Chandra D. Newton reported striking a deer in the W6900 block of Wis. 81 in the Town of Monroe.
• Deputies responded to the area of Brodhead Airport Road at Wis. 11, Town of Decatur, at 5:12 a.m. for a motor vehicle crash. Jessica A. Perez, 30, of Brodhead was northbound on Brodhead Airport Road when Perez reported a deer entered the roadway. She swerved to miss the deer, entered the east/north ditch, went down the embankment, struck several small trees, and then became stuck.
