Green County Sheriff MONROE - Darrin W. Demrow, 35, Brodhead, was arrested in Brodhead on charges of disorderly conduct, false imprisonment and criminal damage to property (a damaged cellphone) after deputies responded to a request at 7:10 p.m. to check the welfare of a 17-month-old toddler at a residence on Evergreen Street in Decatur Township. The toddler had been present during the incident involving Demrow but was found to be unharmed and safe. Demrow was jailed.
