MONROE - Two Beloit men were arrested after deputies responded to a complaint of an erratic driver on Wisconsin 11 at Wisconsin 59 in Monroe Township at 11:15 p.m. Saturday, May 18. After the vehicle was located and stopped, the two front seat occupants were observed switching seats. Antonio Vallejon Osorio, 34, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated and cited for obstructing an officer and for unsafe lane deviation and the criminal traffic offense of driving without a valid license, his second violation within three years. A passenger, Lourdes Ojeda Sanchez, 43, was also cited for obstructing an officer. Both men were released to a responsible party pending court. The Monroe K-9 unit assisted at the scene.
