MONROE - Jeffrey P. Heimann, 37, Monroe, was arrested at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday for an outstanding warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department. He was jailed.
• Jaron D. Luebke, 17, Monroe, and Orrin H. Marsden, 17, Monroe, were arrested for retail theft at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of W. 8th Street. They were released pending court.
• Arturo Perez Garcia, 24, Monroe, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and no valid driver's license at about 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of 12th Street. Garcia was released pending court.

MONROE - Mario Alberto Ibarra, 19, Belleville, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license and speeding at about 3:15 a.m. Wednesday, following a traffic stop in the N9400 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of New Glarus. Ibarra was released pending court.
