DARLINGTON - Travis L. Moen, 21, Argyle, was cited around 3:45 p.m. Monday for a seatbelt violation in Wisconsin 81 in Argyle.
Jeffery R. Pickett, 48, Argyle, was arrested for operating after revocation around 4:15 p.m. Monday on Puddledock Road in Argyle township. He was also cited for a seatbelt violation. He was later released pending court.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Theft of 336 DVD movie and video games discs from a residence on 10th Avenue was reported around 12:30 p.m. Jan. 30. The items had been stored in a blue plastic case.
Officers responded to a call reporting a case of harassment around 11:15 a.m. Jan. 31 at New Glarus Middle School. Investigation revealed two 14-year-old males had been continually harassing another 14-year-old male. The case was referred to the Green County Juvenile Intake on harassment charges.
Craig T. Long, 20, New Glarus, was arrested around 7:45 p.m. Jan. 31, at an unreported location, on an Albany warrant for contempt of court on a littering charge. Long posted bond and was released.
Ryan D. Costa, 20, Albany, was charged with disorderly conduct and an underage drinking violation, after officers observed a fight in progress around 2 a.m. Feb. 3. in the 400 block of Second Street. Costa was later released.

BRODHEAD - Aaron C. Child, 19, no address given, was cited for disorderly conduct around 4:45 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 900 block of First Center Avenue. He was released pending court. A juvenile female subject was also cited for disorderly conduct and released pending court.
Kay L. Pitney, 44, Davis, Ill., was arrested for operating while intoxicated, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest around 10:45 a.m. Jan. 29 in the 1600 block of First Center Avenue. She was taken into custody.
Casey R. Condon, 20, Brodhead, was arrested on a probation hold around 8:45 a.m. Feb. 1 in the 1200 block of West Third Avenue. He was transported to Green County Jail.
Ryan P. Hagan 19, Monroe, was arrested for operating while suspended and non-registration of a motor vehicle around 4 p.m. Feb. 2 in the 1200 block of First Center Avenue. He was released pending court.
