MONROE - Britney F. Carpenter, 25, Brodhead, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after deputies responded at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, to a traffic complaint of a vehicle swerving and following too closely in the W1100 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Spring Grove. Carpenter is also cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol level and having open intoxicants in the vehicle. She was released pending court.
• Matthew J. Signer, 31, Freeport, Ill., was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding at 8:04 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, in the N500 block of Wis. 69 in the Town of Clarno. Signer was also cited for speeding and having open intoxicants in the vehicle. He was released pending court.
• Rodimiro Gutierrez-Santacruz, 22, Darlington, was cited for driving while suspended (fifth offense) and speeding at 10:17 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, in the W2200 block of Wis. 11/81 in the Town of Spring Grove.
