Albany Police

ALBANY - Timothy W. Ralston, 41, Baldwin, Iowa, was arrested Thursday, March 29, on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense), driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Russell G. Evans, 26, Madison, was cited April 1 for outside consumption of an alcoholic beverage.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Kelly H. Reindl, 51, Sun Prairie, was cited for driving while intoxicated (first offense), driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and operating left of center at 1:07 a.m. Sunday, March 25, in the 1900 block of West 9th Avenue.

- Ryan L. Bergemann, 36, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 3:16 a.m. Monday, March 26, in the 500 block of 12th Street. He was transported to the Green County Jail. The arrest led to misdemeanor charges in Green County Circuit Court of disorderly conduct and battery. He has a pre-trial conference scheduled for April 17.

- Jacquilyn H. Rowley, 19, Evansville, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 1:26 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, in the 1000 block of East 9th Street.

- Brittany E. Goss, 20, Monroe, was cited for failure to stop for a school bus at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, in the 1300 block of 17th Street.

- Adam D. Bliss, 30, Juda, was cited for driving with a revoked license and speeding at 5:26 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, in the 300 block of 1st Street.

- Justin D. Gaulrapp, 30, Monroe, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle on Thursday, March 29, stemming from an incident on Feb. 25.

- Benny L. Jones, 48, Beloit, was arrested in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street at 4:25 p.m. Thursday, March 29, on an active warrant issued by Beloit Municipal Court. He was transported to the Green County Jail.

- A 16-year-old Brodhead boy was cited in the 1700 block of 1st Center Avenue for inattentive driving and failure to yield at a stop sign following a traffic accident at 3:29 p.m. Friday, March 30.

- A 15-year-old Brodhead girl was cited for retail theft at 4 p.m. Friday, March 30, in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- William R. Romanski, 19, Brodhead, was arrested in the 1700 block of 1st Center Avenue at 9:21 p.m. Saturday, March 31, on charges of driving while not sober, improper use of prescription drugs and keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle.

Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Christo Esmeralda, 37, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid license at 4:16 p.m. Sunday, April 1, following a traffic crash on Main Street.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Jamie Anna Beth Baxter, 28, Monroe, was arrested in the 1100 block of 10th Street at 2:25 a.m. Friday, March 30, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department for nonpayment of child support. Baxter was jailed.

- Randall D. Daniel, 28, Monroe, was arrested in the 1800 block of 12th Street at 10:28 p.m. Friday, March 30, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department for possession of THC. He posted bond and was released.

- Jennifer L. Maynard, 28, Monroe, was arrested in the 600 block of West 8th Street at 6:41 p.m. Saturday, March 31, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department for failure to pay forfeiture on a disorderly conduct citation. She was also arrested on a second outstanding warrant issued by the Juneau County Sheriff's Department for child neglect. She was jailed.

- Cheyenna M. Blum, 24, Orangeville, was arrested in the 1600 block of 9th Street at 12:37 a.m. Sunday, April 1, on a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department for failure to pay a fine. She posted bond and was released.

- Randall L. Anderson, 30, Monticello, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, April 1, on Wisconsin 11 at Wisconsin 59. He was released pending court.

- Jamie A. Baumgartner, 17, was cited for truancy at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, in the 1200 block of 16th Avenue.

- Dolores R. Condon, 81, Argyle, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign at 8:40 a.m. Saturday, March 31, after officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 1100 block of 13th Avenue. Condon reportedly collided with a vehicle driven by Aaron K. Phillips, 38, Monroe.

- Forced entry and a theft of cash and other items was reported at a business in the 800 block of 30th Street at 8:05 a.m. Friday, March 30. The incident is under investigation.

- A taxi driver in the 1000 block of 19th Street reported at 12:50 p.m. Friday, March 30, that cash had been stolen from his cab.

- A GPS system, cash and medication were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 2700 block of Wis. 69 at 3:42 p.m. Friday, March 30.

- A woman reported at 8:48 p.m. Friday, March 30, that her 26-year-old son had been disorderly and physically violent toward her at their residence in the 500 block of West 21st Street. He fled the scene before police arrived. Police are referring the case to the Green County District Attorney for possible charges of disorderly conduct, battery and bail jumping.

- Police gave notice at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, March 31, to a resident in the 2300 block of 16th Avenue to remove a vehicle from the front lawn.

- Vandalism to solar-light lawn decorations was reported by residents in the 700 block of 23rd Street and 2100 block of 19th Avenue on Saturday morning, March 31.

- A report of vehicles being egged was made Saturday, March 31, in the 2400 block of 11th Avenue and 2700 block of 22nd Avenue.

- The burglary of a locked vehicle was reported in the 900 block of 19th Street at 1:39 a.m. Sunday, April 1. A window had been smashed and a purse stolen.

- A pink flamingo lawn ornament was reportedly broken off its stake and taken from a yard in the 200 block of North 11th Avenue. Police took the report at 11 a.m. Sunday, April 1.

- A man in the 2700 block of 8th 1/2 Street reported at 12:57 p.m. Sunday, April 1, that a prankster had attached 23 blown-up condoms to his vehicle, and he was worried the spermicide would eat the paint.

- A woman called at 4:13 p.m. Sunday, April 1, to report that another child had shot her daughter with a BB gun. Upon investigation, police discovered the girl had been shot with an Airsoft gun in the course of a dispute between children over a wrecked fort. Officers took the children home, where a parent said he'd handle the situation.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Keith J. Bender, 20, Albany, was arrested after he was stopped for a traffic infraction on Wis. 69 at County W at 12:40 p.m. Thursday, March 29, on a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department for failure to pay a fine. He posted bond and was released.

- Kristal Vance, 32, Madison, was cited this week for theft after an ongoing investigation into a stolen property case from August led to the recovery of the property at Pawn of America in Madison. The citation was served to her while she was incarcerated at the Dane County Jail.

- Carlton J. Harris, Jr., 31, Madison, was cited in the 1100 block of Wis. 69 at 12:16 a.m. Thursday, March 29, for driving 57 mph in a 35 mph zone.

- Officers responded at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, to a report of a residence in the 500 block of 7th Avenue being shot with a paintball gun. The incident is under investigation.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Ricki Joe Raisbeck, 31, Freeport, Ill., was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and on a warrant issued by the Illinois Department of Corrections after deputies responded at 11:36 p.m. Friday, March 30, to a report of a disturbance at a business on County KK in the Town of Monroe. He was jailed pending bond, court or transport to Illinois.

- Christopher Joseph Martinez, 29, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of felony bail jumping at a business on County KK in the Town of Monroe at 11:57 p.m. Friday, March 30. He was jailed pending court.

- Richard Dale Hauser, 30, Brodhead, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. Saturday , March 31, on a charge of driving while under the influence of an intoxicant (third offense), on a misdemeanor charge of bail jumping and on an apprehension request issued by the Department of Corrections. Deputies made the arrest after stopping Hauser for speeding on Wis. 11 at Short Lane in the Town of Sylvester. He also was cited for driving with a revoked license and speeding. He was jailed.

- Jimmy Richard Adams, 26, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) at 2:53 a.m. Saturday, March 31, after deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding in the W6100 block of Wis. 11 in the Town of Monroe. Adams also was cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and speeding. He was released pending court.

- Jessie L. Hanson, 31, Monticello, was arrested at a residence on Freidig Road in the Town of Brooklyn at 6:04 p.m. Saturday, March 31, on an apprehension request by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed.

- Edward W. Love, 40, Freeport, Ill., was cited for driving without a valid license at 6:59 p.m. Saturday, March 31, in the N2400 block of County T.

- Israel Gonzalez Ojeda, 29, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) and cited for speeding after deputies stopped him at 12:07 a.m. Sunday, April 1, on Wis. 69 north of County NN in the Town of New Glarus. He was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Jeremy Bass, 38, Benton, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 12:24 a.m. Sunday, April 1, after deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Penny Benton Road in the Town of New Diggings. He was transported to the Lafayette County Jail, where he posted bond and was released.

- Erik W. Maxson, 41, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 12:20 p.m. Saturday, March 31, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.

- Jeffrey A. Rottier, 35, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 12:40 p.m. Saturday, March 31, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.
