Nathan "NaNa" P. Hess, age 20, of Browntown, Wisconsin, died Tuesday, November 24, 2009, following an automobile accident. He was born June 5, 1989, in Monroe, the son of Ernest Earl Hess and Charlissa Bond, and graduated from Blackhawk High School in 2007 in South Wayne. Nathan worked for Wisconsin Cheese Group. He enjoyed playing basketball, fishing, working on cars, listening to music and spending time with his friends. Nathan was a very caring person and especially loved his nieces and nephews.
Surviving are his mother, Char (Terry Patterson) Segner of Browntown; father, Ernest Earl (Tracy Stocks) Hess; siblings, Sheri Segner, John Segner, Lisa (Tim) Cooper, Melissa (Jeremiah) Collins, Angela Hess, and Anna Hess; maternal grandparents, Glen and Betty Bunting; paternal grandparents, Milford and Judy Severson; nieces and nephews, Keandre Euell, Le'onte Davis, Amya Lewis, Savarous Spearman Jr., Savana Segner, Vanessa Spearman, Chavis Segner, Keanna Cooper, Quaveon Cooper, Xzaveon Segner, Jaliyah Collins, Jeremiah Collins and Jonquel Wright; and special loved friend, Brittany Hodapp.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home 1455 Mansion Drive and 18th Avenue in Monroe, Wisconsin, with Pastor Robert Varner officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
A memorial fund is being established in Nathan's memory.
A benefit will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009, from 5 to 10 p.m. at Leisure Lanes in Monroe.
Nathan will be deeply missed by all and in our hearts forever.
