Marvel M. Rosheisen, age 95 of Monroe, died Sunday, May 20, 2012, at Pleasant View Nursing Home. She was born on August 7, 1916, in Cadiz Township; the daughter of John and Charolette (Keel) Yost. She graduated from Monroe High School in 1934. Marvel married Ellwood Fritz, then later married John "Ben" Sickinger. After his death, she married Merle Rosheisen. Marvel was Secretary/Bookkeeper for the City of Monroe Water Department for 17 years, retiring in 1992. She was a life member of the Cecil Jones VFW Post #2313 Auxiliary, enjoyed bowling, golfing, dancing, and watching the Green Bay Packers & Chicago Cubs.

She is survived by her husband, Merle Rosheisen; 4 daughters: Nancy (Bud) Pilz, Linda (Keith) Kundert, Sue Blaser, Monroe, and Jean (Ken) Grob, Madison; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters, Merle Teuscher & Miriam Kuebli; and a son-in-law, Larry Blaser.

In keeping with Marvel's wishes, private family services will be held.

Memorials may be given to the charity of one's choice, in Marvel's memory.
