Gary L. Kappe, age 64 of Monroe, died on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at his home. He was born on April 7, 1947 in Clearland, Ohio the son of Gordon and Jeanne (Cogswell) Kappe. Gary was a graduate of Lake Zurich High School in 1965 and attended Lake County College majoring in Business.
