Frank L. Borowitz, 77, Janesville, formerly of Monroe, died Tuesday, July 26, 2016. A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1 at Faith Community Church, 2941 Lucerne Drive, Janesville, with Rev. Gary Shields officiating. Visitation will be from 4 until 5 p.m. Monday at the church. Friends and relatives are also invited to a graveside service with military honors at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2 at Greenwood Cemetery, 1907 29th Ave., Monroe. The Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe, is in charge of arrangements.
