Felonies
Mark A. Flood, 48, Oregon, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday, April 2, to two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of resisting an officer and one count of battery to an officer, both Class H felonies. Court records indicate Flood kicked an officer in his lower back while Flood was lying in a squad car. Flood was detained in the squad for resisting arrest. Officers attempted to arrest Flood on Aug. 2 for making harassing calls to women he knew. He kept resisting and caused bruising to the kicked officer's lower back, so the officers tased him. Flood has a pre-trial conference set for May 6.

Court records indicate Erdmann was stopped by an officer who observed her 2001 GMC Sonoma truck weaving considerably and fully crossing the center lines on Wisconsin 39, Village of New Glarus, on Aug. 28. After she was pulled over, the officer asked her to step out of the car so she could perform a field sobriety test. She stumbled out of the truck and leaned heavily on it. The officer determined it was unsafe for her to perform the walk and turn test as she could not stand up easily and could have hurt herself. Erdmann's preliminary breath test registered at .249 percent. Erdmann will serve six months in jail with work release privileges. She is to have her driver's license revoked for a period of 30 months. Upon re-licensing, Erdmann is ordered to have an ignition interlock system installed and used for a period of one year. Erdmann is also ordered to undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes. She owes the court $1,998.
