Barbara Ann (Butts) Hauser age 49, of Browntown, died Sunday, May 4, 2014 at her home following an eighteen-year battle with cancer. Barb was born on February 16, 1965 in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, the daughter of Delbert and Beth B. (Bailey) Butts. She was a 1983 graduate of Blackhawk High School in South Wayne where she played a variety of sports. Barb married Bob Hauser on August 28, 1998 in Argyle. Her true loves in life were her husband and five children and she was so proud that she got to meet her first grandchild. She enjoyed many sports, especially basketball, was a huge Packer and Brewer fan, and had a strong love for cats. She looked forward to playing cards every Saturday night with her Mom and Dad. Barb was a member of Peace United Church of Christ, Browntown, and for the past 13 years was employed in the Accounts receivable department of the Shopping News/Monroe Times.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Hauser of Browntown; five children, Jessica Sandry of Browntown, Amanda Sandry (John Marrs) of Scott Air Force Base, Josh (Alanna) Sandry of Aberdeen, NC, Scott Sandry of Grand Forks Air Force Base, Laura Sandry of Edgerton; grandson, Harrison Sandry of Aberdeen, N.C.; step-son, Shawn (Kristin) Hauser of Green Bay; step-daughter, Jill (Troy) Kenyon of Mineral Point, her father, Delbert Butts; and two brothers, Brad (Evy) Butts and Randy Butts, all of Browntown. She was preceded in death by her mother, Beth, on Feb. 25, 2014.

A celebration of Barb's life will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014, at 11:00 A.M., at the Peace United Church of Christ, Browntown, with Pastor Wayne Gregory officiating. Visitation will be at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe, on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund will be established in Barb's name.
