On September 1:

● At 12:23 a.m., officers arrested Kevin J. Nickel, 45, of Winslow, IL, following a traffic offense stop in the 400 block of Twining Park Road. Nickel was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense, and was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, operating the wrong way on a one-way street, and for non-registration of a vehicle. Nickel was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

● At 9:02 p.m., officers arrested Ramon F. Urbina Ocana, 26, of Monroe, at a residence in the 1500 block of 14th Avenue, on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole, for a probation violation. Urbina Ocana was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.

On September 2:

● At 10:17 p.m., officers arrested Angel Perez Morales, 21, of Monroe, in the 700 block of 8th Avenue, following a traffic complaint. Perez Morales was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense, and also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and operating without a valid driver’s license. Perez Morales was booked and released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.

On September 4:

● At 8:54 p.m., officers arrested Kelly A. Patton, 52, of Monroe, at a residence in the 2200 block of 11th Street, on two 2 arrest warrants for failure to appear in court. Patton was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance. 

● At 11:21 p.m. officers arrested David R. Arndt, 63, of Monroe, in the 800 block of 13th Avenue, following a traffic complaint. Arndt was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-5th offense, and also cited for operating left of the center line, open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Arndt was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
