On October 18:

● At 12:59 p.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle accident with no reported injuries at the intersection of 9th Street and 20th Avenue. The investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Randall B. Miller, 68, of Monroe, was traveling south on 20th Avenue, stopped at the stop sign for 9th Street, proceeded into the intersection and collided with an eastbound vehicle operated by a Madison woman. Both vehicles sustained functional damage. Miller was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign and released pending a court appearance.

● At 7:40 p.m., officers were called to a domestic disturbance which occurred in the 2100 block of 6th Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Jasmine N. Coy, 34, of Monroe, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, recklessly endangering safety and disorderly conduct under Wisconsin Domestic Violence laws. Coy was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

On October 19:

● At 1:58 a.m., officers arrested Austin D. Colliers, 27, of Monroe, in the 1400 block of 23rd Street, after officers located a vehicle involved in a prior disturbance. Colliers was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-2nd offense, was booked and released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.

On October 20:

● At 5:38 p.m., officers arrested James J. Braun,20, of Monroe, in the 800 block of 16th Avenue, following an investigation into a report of a concerning text message. Braun was charged with felony bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions on a prior case. Braun was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
