• The Monroe Main Street Board of Directors will meet at 5:15 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include streetscape update report.

• The Monroe School District Negotiations Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the district administrative center, conference room A.

• The Darlington Community School District Board will meet at 6 p.m. in the board room at the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include an executive session to meet with the high school English Department, and possible action.

• The Monroe School District Finance Committee will meet at 6:45 p.m. in the district administrative center, 925 16th Avenue, third floor. Agenda items include approval of SmartBoard proposals.

• The School District of Albany Board will at 7 p.m. in the school library. Agenda items include 2009-2010 general fees.

• The School District of Argyle Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the Argyle High School library. Agenda items include consideration of A resolution to close the ALEA Charter School and redistribute assets and resources of school district.

• The School District of Black Hawk Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the library in South Wayne for an organizational meeting. Agenda items include election of officers. A regular board meeting follows; agenda items include contracts.

• The Monroe School District Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the district administrative center, 925 16th Ave., third floor. Agenda items include policy additions, deletions, revisions and review, with initial BOE approval.

TUESDAY, MAY 12

• The Monroe Main Street Economic Restructuring Committee will meet at 8 a.m. at the Century 21 office. Agenda items include Revitalization Loan Program review with possible adoption.

• The Green County Tourism Committee will meet at 11 a.m. in the basement conference room in the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include the 2009 visitor's guide.

• The Monroe Downtown Business Improvement District Board of Directors will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the basement conference room in the courthouse. Agenda items include use of Monroe Main Street Logo.

• The Village of New Glarus Triathlon Planning Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the village hall boardroom. Agenda items include subcommittee planning reports for 2009 event.

• The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the jury room in the Green county courthouse. Agenda items include discussion and possible action regarding opposition to prevailing wage law.

• The Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee will meet at 7:15 p.m. in the circuit court room in the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include auditing bills.

• The Green County Veterans and Emergency Management Committee will meet at 7:15 p.m. in the circuit courtroom at the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include Emergency Medical Services Week.

• The Green County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include Courthouse Union Contract.

• The City of Monroe Visitor and Promotion Board will meet at 11:30 a.m. at City Hall. Agenda items include review and take action on funding request from Monroe Balloon Rally, Inc.

• The Village of New Glarus Informal Administrative Committee will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the New Glarus village hall. Agenda items include review/discussion of 5/18/09 Cable TV agenda.

• The City of Monroe Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. at City Hall. Agenda items include updates on Monroe Clinic Hospital project.

• The Green County Health Committee will meet at 5:15 p.m. in the Government Services Building. Agenda items include a swine flu update.

• The Green County Law Enforcement Committee will meet at 5:45 p.m. in the sheriff's office. Agenda items include review/approve proposals for replacing building roof.
