Wedding: Borhart-Wenzel

Rachel Borhart and Bert Wenzel, both of Marshfield, were united in marriage 2 p.m. June 21, 2008 in St. Victor Catholic Church, Monroe. The ceremony was performed by Father Moon. The bride was given in marriage by her parents. The bride is the daughter of Larry Borhart, Mansfield, Ill, and JoAnn Borhart, Monroe. The groom is the son of Donald and Rose Wenzel of Stratford.

Music was provided by soloists, Dan and Sue Trotter, and were accompanied by Kevin Laufenberg.

Maid of honor was DeAnne Nuckles. Bridesmaids were Amy Oostdik, Katie Mihlbauer, Heather Zinda, Donna Webb and Nancy Welch.

Groomsmen were Kyle Hansen, Aaron Glenn, Daniel Borhart, Kevin Spaeth, Nick Weigel and Mike Sazama.

Readers were Phyllis Hose, Jenna Schwabe and Andrea Wenzel. Ushers were Mike Mack, Steve Sinclair and Ryan Aschbrenner. Natalie Webb and Elizabeth Wenzel were flower girls and Benno Wenzel was the ring bearer. Miniature bride and groom were Meredith Hose and Nathan Meyer. Mary Glatch, Sara Kearns and Jessica Schwabe served as gift carriers. Personal attendants were Dana Konopacki, Jenny Brooks, and Betsy Byers.

The reception, dance, and dinner was held at Turner Hall, Monroe. Allison Hawthorne and Samantha Hose were servers.

The couple went to Hawaii on their wedding trip.

The bride graduated from University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a graduate student of Viterbo University. She is a third grade teacher.

The groom is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He is employed by Heinzen Printing.

The couple lives in Marshfield.
