ALBANY - The Village of Albany Police Department presented to Chief Robert Levitt an award Tuesday for his years of work with the Green County Shop with a Cop program.

This will be Levitt's last year to participate in the program, as he will be retiring soon. Levitt was instrumental in starting the Shop with a Cop program in Green County. The program has helped an untold number of children enjoy a Christmas that they might otherwise not have had.
