ARGYLE — The Argyle Public Library will be hosting a “poet for a day” event from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Aug. 21 at the Argyle Farmers Market, 109 S Broad St.

Charly Rowe is an accomplished poet from Madison. Just give her a word or idea and she will compose an instant poem. She will compose a poem capturing the day to be shared with the community.
