MADISON - Project Home coordinates the annual Hammer with a Heart event. It is seeking lower-income homeowners living in Dane County to apply for this free home repair program. Homes must be in need of important minor or major repair, and structurally sound. Applications are due Nov. 6.
All work is done by skilled volunteers and community volunteers with the event occurring on Saturday, May 1, 2010.
